The guest journey – from booking to departure
A flow that feels natural for guests – and runs fully automated for operators.
1. Book along
The guest books a parking or charging spot right with the room or ticket booking – without an extra app.
2. Travel
The on-site system makes sure a space is kept free for the guest. The LED at the reserved space glows blue. Unauthorized occupancy is prevented.
3. Arrive
The LED at the reserved space glows blue – the guest finds their spot right away. Once the car is parked correctly, the LED turns white.
4. Charge
The right guest is recognized and the charging point is enabled for them.
5. Stay in control
The operator sees occupancy, charging sessions and any incorrect occupancy live in the dashboard.
Reservable Charging & Parking
Make parking spaces and charging points reliably bookable for your guests – in advance, committed and tailored to your site.
- Reserve individual spaces, charging points or entire parking areas
- Bookable during the room, ticket or stay booking
- More convenience for guests and new revenue potential for operators
How does this work for a hotel, spa or mountain railway?
Whether hotel, spa, mountain railway, leisure venue or event location: for guests the experience doesn't start on site, but already with the journey there. EnoPark makes parking and charging reservable in advance, creating certainty, convenience and additional revenue potential.
Guests can decide during the booking whether to add a parking spot, a charging spot or a combined parking-and-charging option. Depending on the site, this can be implemented for individual spaces, specific parking areas or the entire parking area.
The solution stays flexible: a hotel can integrate reservable parking directly into the room booking. A spa can offer parking and charging in its online ticket shop. A mountain railway can link premium parking or charging spots to day or season passes. And if there is no digital booking system yet, EnoPark provides a dedicated booking portal on request.
The core idea always stays the same: the guest books parking and charging not through an extra platform, but within the process they already use.
Intelligent Charging Allocation
The software maps different charging logics – from the day guest to the multi-day hotel stay.
- Fixed time windows or full-day charging-spot reservations for day guests
- Overnight charging allowances for hotel guests on multi-day stays
- Additional intraday reservations based on current availability
How do day guests and hotel guests differ?
Reservable charging doesn't work the same way at every site. A day guest has different needs than a hotel guest. That's why EnoPark maps different charging and reservation logics.
At day-trip sites such as spas, mountain railways, leisure venues or event areas, a guest can reserve a charging spot for a specific period or for the entire visit. The operator can define whether charging points can be booked all day, in fixed time windows or dynamically based on availability.
At hotels the logic is more nuanced. Here charging can be linked directly to the stay. A guest staying several nights, for example, receives a defined charging allowance during their stay. This allowance can be controlled by length of stay, room category, availability or booking package.
Example: a hotel guest stays seven nights and receives, during booking, an allowance of three overnight charging sessions. In addition, during their stay they can book short-notice charging slots available the same day – for instance a window from 10:00 to 18:00 with four hours of charging and one hour of buffer to move the car.
This way EnoPark combines two logics in one system: planned charging reservations right at booking and short-notice intraday reservations based on current availability.
As a result, charging points are better utilized, guests gain planning certainty, and operators stay in control of capacity, stay times and power distribution.
The Management Dashboard
Keep bookings, occupancy, charging points and revenue centrally in view at all times.
What can the dashboard do in detail?
The web-based EnoPark dashboard gives operators an overview of all relevant processes at any time: reservations, occupancy, charging-point status, revenue data, faults and manual interventions.
You see in real time which spaces are free, reserved or wrongly occupied. You can enable charging points, review reservations, adjust booking rules and analyze utilization data.
The dashboard serves not only for monitoring but also for operational control. On-site staff can quickly tell whether a guest is parked correctly, whether a charging point is available or whether a reserved space has been blocked.
Core features include real-time occupancy data, an overview of reservations and charging windows, status of individual parking spaces and charging points, revenue and utilization statistics, PV yield data when combined with solar carports, manual enabling or blocking with a click, and alerts for wrong occupancy or faults.
This makes parking and charging not only bookable, but also transparently controllable.

On-Site Control System: Camera & LED
Camera and LED systems ensure that digital reservations also work reliably on site.
- Automatic detection of free, correct or wrong occupancy
- LED status right at the space: free, reserved, correctly occupied or blocked
- Instant dashboard alert on wrong occupancy
How do camera, LED and dashboard work together?
A digital reservation is only valuable if the reserved space is actually available on site. That's why EnoPark connects the software with cameras, license-plate recognition and LED guidance systems right at the parking area.
The system detects whether a space is free, correctly occupied or wrongly used. At the same time, LED signals on site show the status of each space. Guests find the right space faster, while operators can spot wrong parking immediately and respond.
The on-site color code: green means the space is free and can be used. Blue means the space is reserved and intended exclusively for a booked guest. White means the space is correctly occupied – used properly by an authorised guest. Red means the space is wrongly occupied or blocked. The dashboard reports the event automatically.
This reduces uncertainty for guests, relieves staff and makes reservations controllable on site. This control is decisive precisely where parking is scarce, at busy locations or at charging points with high demand.
One system, countless use cases
EnoPark isn't limited to specific industries. The reservation logic fits anywhere parking and charging reservations bring an advantage – from tourism operations to public parking areas to employee parking.
Tourism & leisure
Predictable arrival and more guest comfort as a differentiator – parking and charging right inside the room, ticket or stay booking.
Public parking areas
Manage scarce space in an orderly way: reservable spaces and charging points for municipalities and busy transport hubs.
Companies & employee parking
Distribute limited parking and charging capacity fairly – reservable for employees, company cars and fleets at the company site.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the EnoPark reservation system?
The EnoPark reservation system makes parking spaces and charging points bindingly bookable in advance, integrated into existing booking processes and without an additional guest app. Reservation, on-site control via camera and LED, and the management dashboard work together seamlessly, so the flow feels natural for guests and remains fully controllable for operators.
Does the software also work without PV carports?
Yes. The reservation system can be used independently and works completely without PV carports. It is suitable wherever parking areas and charging points should be controlled better, made plannable and additionally monetized through reservable comfort spaces. PV carports can be added later, but they are not required.
Do guests need an additional app?
No. The software is integrated directly into your existing booking processes, portals or digital guest communication. Guests reserve a parking space or charging point in the familiar process, for example when booking a room or ticket, without downloading a separate app.
Can the system be integrated into our existing booking system?
Yes. Guests do not book parking and charging through an additional platform, but within the process they already use. A hotel can integrate reservable parking into room booking, a spa can offer parking and charging in its online ticket shop, and a mountain railway can link premium or charging spaces with day or season passes.
What if we do not yet have a digital booking system?
On request, EnoPark provides its own booking portal. That means reservable parking and charging spaces can also be offered without an existing system.
Can charging points be reserved too?
Yes. Guests can reserve not only a parking space, but also an available charging option in advance, as a fixed time slot, for a full day or at short notice based on availability. This creates planning certainty for EV drivers and helps operators use charging infrastructure more effectively.
How does the system distinguish day guests and hotel guests when charging?
The system supports both logics. Day guests at spas, mountain railways or event sites reserve a charging space for a time slot or for their entire stay. Hotel guests receive charging linked to their stay, for example a quota of three overnight charging sessions during a seven-night stay, supplemented by short-notice intraday reservations based on availability. Operators define the rules by length of stay, room category or booking package.
How do you ensure a reserved space is actually free on site?
Through the on-site control system with cameras, license plate recognition and LED guidance. It detects whether a space is free, correctly occupied or used incorrectly, and shows the status directly at the space: green means free, blue reserved, white correctly occupied, red incorrectly occupied or blocked. Incorrect occupancy is reported automatically in the dashboard.
What does the operator see in the management dashboard?
The web-based dashboard shows reservations, occupancy, charging point status, revenue and disruptions in real time. Operators can enable or disable charging points, review reservations, adjust booking rules and analyze utilization. When combined with PV carports, yield data is also shown. The dashboard therefore supports not only monitoring, but also operational control on site.
Which sites is the software suitable for?
The reservation logic is not limited to individual industries. It fits wherever parking and charging reservations create an advantage: tourism and leisure sites (hotels, spas, mountain railways, amusement parks, events), public parking areas (municipalities, stations, P+R, regional airports) and employee or fleet parking at company sites.
How can we get to know the system?
In a non-binding live demo of around 30 minutes, focused on the specific workflows at your site.
