Residents book their charging slot in the web portal. EnoPark keeps the space free at the booked time, unlocks the charger only for the authorised person and reports violations to the property management.

Employees, company cars and pool vehicles reserve charging times at the company site. After the charging window the space is free again instead of being blocked until the end of the day.

The problem: Many sites have more electric cars than charging points. Whoever arrives first charges, and the space stays occupied all day.

Workplace charging at Stadtwerk am See

Stadtwerk am See supplies energy to the region around Friedrichshafen and Überlingen and runs charging infrastructure of its own. We already work together as partners. Now EnoPark also runs at its own site in Friedrichshafen: employees reserve their charging time instead of hoping for a free charge point.

  • Camera and two LEDs sit directly on the charging station, one unit for both charge points.
  • Booking happens in the browser (via the intranet), no app needed.

Frequently asked questions

Why is this cheaper than a full build-out with load management?

A full build-out gives every space its own wallbox plus load management. That quickly costs five figures, for spaces that mostly sit unused. EnoPark instead organises a few shared charging points through reservation.

Do residents or employees need to install an app?

No. Booking happens in the web portal right in the browser, on smartphone, tablet or laptop.

What happens if someone charges or parks without a booking?

The system detects the violation, the LED at the space flashes red, and management is notified. The reservation stays reliable without anyone having to check on site.

How many charging points do we need?

Because everyone shares the charging points through reservation, you need far fewer charging points than flats or vehicles. The exact number depends on the building and charging behaviour; we look at it together.

Does this work with our existing wallboxes?

In many cases, yes. EnoPark unlocks wallboxes to match the reservation, for example from easee or go-e. We check whether your charging points fit in a call.
